Pay by card or PayPal — the full order, not just a deposit

Most factories in China take wire transfer only. If something goes wrong, a wire is gone. We take card and PayPal as well, and they cover the whole order.

The entire order, not only the sample or the deposit. Your card issuer's or PayPal's buyer protection applies exactly as it would at home.

If you prefer wire, that works too. Bank details come with the invoice, never in a chat message.
TERMS

Everything you need before you write to us

These are our actual terms, not an opening position. If something here does not work for you, say so in the first message and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.

MinimumFrom 100 pcs per color300 pcs per style across colors. Below that we are not the right partner — we would rather say so now than waste your week.
Lead timeAbout 45 days after paymentProduction only. Sampling takes 10–15 days and international shipping is counted separately — we tell you all three dates before you pay.
PaymentCredit card, PayPal or T/TCard and PayPal cover the full order value, not just a deposit.
Duties & taxesPaid by the buyerSame as buying direct from any factory in China. We declare honestly and send you the documents you need for customs clearance.
ShippingYour forwarder or oursAlready have a forwarder? We’ll hand the goods over to them. If not, we’ll provide a door-to-door shipping quote.

HOW IT WORKS

Send a photo of a garment you like, or a tech pack. Either is enough to start.

A photo, a sketch, or a full tech pack. Tell us quantity and target price if you have one.
STEP 2
Quote & sample
We provide accurate quotes based on the actual fabric and specifications. Request a sample before committing to a bulk order.
STEP 3
Production
Our team is based in the same city as the factories, so problems can be caught while they’re still fixable.
STEP 4
Inspection
Every order is checked before it leaves China — measurements, color, stitching, labels, count.
STEP 5
Shipping
To your forwarder, or door to door by us. Documents go out the same day.

Labels, care labels, hang tags, origin labels, packaging and re-packing are all done in house before shipping.

  • Duties and import taxes are on your side of the deal.Same as any direct import. We declare correctly and hand you clean commercial documents — invoice, packing list, HS classification — so your broker can clear your shipment without contacting us.
